Check in staff was very pleasant! Hotel was clean but old and is in need of some updating/refreshing. someone tried to break into our truck. This is not the hotel's responsibility/fault, but wanted to make others aware.

We spontaneously decided some r&r was needed and lucked into an availability at this property. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and dining staff was wonderful in making suggestions on where to find things to do. We had a lovely respite with plenty of beautiful scenery and great places to eat.

We stayed here one night on our road trip. The room was a nice size for three adults. Wish they had a grab bar in the shower. The continental breakfast was good with hot and cold items, including fresh fruit. We would stay here again.

The girl that checked us in Friday night and the girl who did the breakfast set up were very nice. The rest of the front desk staff were not nice at all. They seemed annoyed that we were on a bike and were staying there. It looked like it was going to storm Friday eve so we asked if we could park our bike under the carport. They were rude when responding. They could have been a little nicer. The girl checking us out in the morning was also rude. Acting like I was bothering here and was very snarky with me. The facilities were nice, but the front desk staff were awful. Not people you want representing your business.

The hotel is older but clean! The beds are very comfortable. No elevator should be in some description because we would have requested a first floor room. My husband does not do stairs well, especially after 7 hours in a car.
