スタッフの方どなたも皆さま丁寧で親切です。 気持ちよく過ごせました。 旅行の楽しみの一つであるお食事も大満足です。 朝夕共に美味しく盛りだくさん。 男女入れ替わる露天も大浴場も広くはないですが気持ちよく過ごせたので3回入りました。 素敵な旅行になり感謝しております。

リニューアルされた部分もあるが全体的に古い印象。４人で宿泊したが部屋のコーヒーカップが２つしか準備されてなかった。食事会場のレストランは良い雰囲気だったが人手が足りていない感じでした。

お部屋は、広くてよかった。ですが、3階の端だったので、ビューが思ってたより残念でした。建物が、迫ってて。 お食事は朝、夕食ともとても良かったです。食べきれないほどでしたし、ほんとに和食の懐石をいただいたようです。小学生が三人と二歳児連れだったので、もっとゆっくり頂きたかったです。 お風呂は見晴らしがなくざんねんでした。

夜ご飯が部屋食でした。すごく豪華でおいしかったです。 お部屋も広くてオーシャンビューで、部屋でまったり過ごすことができました。 温泉も利用でき、朝ごはんもとてもおいしかったです。また利用したいと思います。
