Woodhaven #11 is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom multi-level townhome with beautiful views of Mt. Morrissey with ski-in/ski-out access and is located along the 15th fairway of the golf course. Only a short walk or ski over to the East Village Center, Morrisey and Orient chairlifts.

This unit features a bright and spacious design with ability to accommodate your whole family or group. The open-concept main floor kitchen, living and dining area allows for spending time together whether you are cooking in the fully equipped kitchen filled with all cookware and dishware essentials, or relaxing in front of the fireplace. The living area has seating for 6, while the large dining table can seat 8 and the kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools for 4.

Additionally, there is a den space with seating for 4 in front of a flatscreen TV. This unit features a walk-out patio space complete with a private hot tub to seat 5 and a BBQ, as well as multiple balconies throughout, and a garage converted to a ski/bike room.

This unit is approximately 1800 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Take the ‘East Village Ski Way’ following it, over the skiers overpass and you will reach your complex on your left.
Ski-out:
Walk to the west end of the Woodhaven Complex (towards village). At the end of the complex you will connect to the ‘East Village Ski Way’. Cross the road, and follow the groomed trail that takes you along P5 to the west towards the Morrisey and Orient Lifts.
Walking:
Village Centre Shops, Restaurants, and Cafes 16-18 minutes
Village Day Lodge 20-22 minutes
Skating Rink 14-16 minutes

In-Resort Shuttle:
