Your dream Sun Valley vacation starts with this beautiful two-bedroom condo, which includes access to Elkhorn community amenities such as a shared seasonal pool and hot tub. The unbeatable location makes this vacation rental a great home base for experiencing everything Sun Valley has to offer. This Condo is situated right on the 8th hole of Elkhorn Golf Course and just one mile from slopes of Dollar Mountain. The condo features golf course and mountain views, is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley Village, and Ketchum.
This two level 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, cable and wifi as well as a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed en suite bathroom as well as TV.
The condo also has two outdoor decks, one deck adjacent to the upper level living area, and the other deck adjacent to the master bedroom. There is also a gas grill on the upstairs deck.

A mismatch for us
Plus side: Great living room, comfortable couch, open, large and relaxing. Lovely kitchen. Great master bed. Sub-optimum: Host had stated it was being cleaned the day we were arriving. Dresser in Master Bedroom had a layer of dust. Kitchen counter had remnants of 3 food groups on it. The stairs were a problem for us. They are covered with flooring tile (slick) and edges are covered with a flooring tile corner instead of a metal safety strip with corrugated ridges. Made for an uneven and slick step. Same problem going from the living room to the kitchen. Mixed with our slick soled shoes and it wasn't a good match. Both floor heaters in the two bathrooms didn't work. It is a cozy condo, but might benefit from a new cleaning agency and a little TLC.

We loved this peaceful condo in the mountains. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Backed up to a golf course with wonderful views. Lots of walking trails and close to town. The host is great and super helpful with any questions you might have. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful property!
Loved the location (right on the 9th fairway of Elkhorn), perfect size for 2 (or a family with 2 small kids that would fit in twin beds), upstairs living/gathering area was wonderful, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Would have enjoyed a slightly softer bed in the main bedroom.

Great Family Condo!
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. The huge comfy couch combined with the assortment of board games made for fun and memorable family time for everyone in the evenings. Condo is close to everything we wanted to see and do in Ketchum. We will definitely stay here again!

Terrific Property in Elkhorn!
We stay in Sun Valley a few times a year and have rented multiple different condos. This one was by far the best we’ve had in Elkhorn. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and remodeled, the living area sectional was perfect for the 4 of us to all sit and watch movies. Communication with Sherri was so easy. We will definitely go again! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Sun Valley Ketchum. This place is excellent. It was perfect for our needs. The upstairs living is spacious with an updated kitchen/eating area, and a large sitting area with a very comfortable sectional. T Here are two decks that look out to a fairway on a hind course, but you are far enough away that the golfers do not bother you. Downstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is close to town and convenient to everything. Everything far exceeded our expectations.

Relaxing vacation in SV!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to Sherri's detailed instructions. The condo was well equipped and had all of the essentials stocked (plenty of bath & paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, dryer sheets, spices, olive oil). WiFi signal was great as was the TV set up in both the living room & master bedroom. The upper and lower decks have wonderful views of the golf course and the location is convenient to everything (Elkhorn Pool, Bike Path, Sun Valley Resort, Dollar Mtn, Downtown Ketchum). On the colder evenings, we LOVED having the gas fireplace. We are already missing SV and hope to return again soon.

We had a wonderful trip with 4 adults in mid-March 2022. Place was exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked and was clean. Bedding was nice, beds were comfortable. Great TV’s! Totally had all the little things that some VRBO’s are lacking. It was much appreciated. Would stay there again!

Great location with excellent views!
The three of us and our two small dogs were very relaxed and comfortable from the moment we entered the condo. It was clean, well apportioned and had excellent views. The location was ideal and the area was quiet and peaceful. Prior to our trip, I had several questions which were answered promptly by our host which made the trip worry free. It was less than 5 minutes into town on a nice scenic road. All in all, we experienced a fantastic getaway and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the same.
