The alarm will be up at 6 AM. There was no button to pressed to turn off the alarm. The breakfast on Saturday morning was not good. Also, there was no coffee available. Apparently the coffee needed to be delivered from Starbucks. While we were in the Jacuzzi, we were told to get out due to the fact that more chlorine needed to be added. I have stayed at this hotel, many times and have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this day was less than pleasurable.

The staff preparing the pizzas were not wearing gloves during the pizza prep. Bare hands reaching into the containers grabbing cheese and toppings turned us off from ordering. We were also told that the bar couldnt make a pina colada due to no cocunut based liquers. The buffet was very nice and our room was clean. Front desk and shuttle service was very accomidating.

Based on the fact that we paid thru Hotels.com, there was still an additional charge for services and things that we did not use as we were staying for business. When asked if we could waive the charge, they said no. Because of this, I will never use this hotel again. $163 for Guest Amenity Fees, which are • Airport transfers to and from Sun Valley Airport (didnt use) • Ski Valet and storage (seasonal) (didnt use) • Bike Storage (didnt use) • In-town transportation, including daily shuttles to River Run (seasonal) (didnt use) • Daily expanded continental divide breakfast (Did use, but not wi=orth the extra charge) • Wireless internet service (didnt use, I have a cell phone) • In-room coffee & tea service (Didnt use) • Seasonal Adventure Program activities (Didnt use) • Audi Test Drive Program (didnt use) • Pool & Hot Tubs (didnt use)

Lovely But Stay Impacted By Construction & Traffic
The hotel was a lovely spot near Sun Valley in the early fall that was super easy to find. The staff bent over backwards to enhance our stay. Breakfast was varied and you could even watch them make your handmade pizza at the bar. It was also wonderful that the village was easily navigated on foot and close to several amazing dining options. The paved bike trail is also very close by. There was an initial mixup with keys when they attempted to provide us with early check-in so they granted us an upgraded corner room that was massive with a nice fireplace and soaking tub. Unfortunately, our room was right on the main street with endless traffic and across from a construction site that all became quite active at 6:30AM. We opted not to move the 2nd night since we planned to leave early the next day.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. There's a nice lobby and outdoor seating. Main Street was closed because of road construction, but it didn't affect my stay.

Great hotel for families!
A fantastic hotel. We stayed two night with our 13 & 11 year old boys. We loved the room, rhe gym and the free bikes. The boys loved the pool, ping pong and jacuzzis. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best you will find anywhere.

Nice hotel property with a few things that weren't perfect: drain in bathtub not working, drain in bathroom sink was attractive but didn't drain well, a comfortable chair or two would have been great..
