Lovely hotel! The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. The lady who checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

There was a significant power outage the night we stayed at this hotel. We checked the website for outages and it was announced an outage from 10pm-6 am. Temperature in Australia during summer can be high and very uncomfortable. There was no airflow in the room. We had to go to sleep in the car at midnight (my husband, my 4 year old child, and myself -pregnant). We would have appreciated the hotel notify us about this outage before booking the place or at least during our stay so we could be prepared. There's no way they received no notification about an outage of 8 hours. Their response: nothing!
