Fantastic location and facilities. Apartment had everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Excellent communication re booking process and queries answered promptly. Friendly staff. Wasn’t keen on the bedroom layout as head of bed right next to the toilet door, with no room for a bedside table. And lounge seating very uncomfortable. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Highly recommended.

It's convenient and in a good location. Very dated, couch is old and dirty. Not very clean overall. I was charged twice by mistake and wasn't told until I checked my statement and asked the reception and was then told they made a refund already. It still took a few days until I got the refund. Not very happy about that.

So So....
The architecture was interesting but the room was pokey, even a bit claustraphobic. When sitting outside there were midges biting & a view into the other high rises' rooms. It would have been good to have some soap on tap but the container was empty. Toilet paper was see through & the electric frying pan needed the mould cleaned off before using. I had to go to the pool area or the 3rd floor open area to have space. The micro & fridge worked well but the TV remote didn't. We didn't find a DVD player as advertised & the breakfast bowls were too small. There would have been 3 dozen glasses for wine/beer etc. Not sure why. Every morning at 6am you could hear the shower in the above unit & at other times the plodding of feet or scraping of chairs above. The lift worked well & the trolley for our bags etc was a great idea. We did expect better.

Room was aged and very cramped - especially bathroom and balcony. Bed uncomfortable and location noisy. There was a weird strobing light outside and I couldn’t close the blinds fully to darken the room. Sauna was great!

I was extremely disappointed, I asked twice for the tv in my bedroom to be looked at due to it not working. I got badly bitten by midges and had to go to a doctor due to feeling really unwell. I asked for my room to be sprayed for midges but was told they couldn’t do that. I asked twice for clean sheets due to midges in my bed but was forgotten. I would NOT recommend anyone staying at this property.
