This hotel does not cope well with a full house. Staff are polite just not enough of them. No one answers phone at reception breakfast spills out into foyer and meeting room. Breakfast ran out of crockery and cutlery. They charge top dollar for a long weekend so they need to match the service up.

Easy to get via Google maps - although it was hard to figure out where to park to go and check in. The person who checked us in was very friendly, courteous, and also very helpful with dining suggestions.

The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was decent, offering a good variety to start the day. The location is very convenient, close enough to key attractions and public transport. The rooms and facilities are near new, which made the experience even better—everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Check out was the quickest I’ve ever experienced.
