I found the website very misleading, the golf course was unavailable to the public , the sports bar was closed and was advertised as being open 4 nights a week and also the restaurant was not really a restaurant more a cafe. The room was clearly not the room on the website filthy shower curtain and dangerous as water was constantly in the floor outside the shower area .

I had an issue with my TV not working but that was sorted. I also ask for a ceramic cup which was also brought to my unit as i didn't like the one using cups that end up in landfill

First appearance at reception, receptionists needed to put her smiley face on not a good first impression, but restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Maybe consider including better options for breakfast. Our room was satisfactory good value for money apart from the dust and spider webs in the window above our bed. Would definitely consider staying again. 😊
