Cheapest place we could find that fit what we needed. The breakfast spread wasn’t extravagant but we had enough to eat the three mornings we spent there. The pizza in house is delicious, fast and affordable. The staff throughout the whole hotel were very polite and friendly. The pool is super warm which was great for the kids. We’d definitely stay there again. The entrance way/lobby is warm and inviting and it’s just a short few minutes drive to downtown Duluth if you can’t find what you want minutes away in superior. Easy to get to off US#2 and a direct shot back onto the highway.

The refrigerator in the room wasn't working. A dirty towel was left wrapped up in the shower curtain and they never came by the room and changed out the towels.

Tv wasnt working and Toilet Paper was low. We had immediate service to fix and supply. Bottled water in the pop machines would have been nice. Hot tub was great! Nice hot temperature and worked. Pool area was clean. Friendly staff.

Bathroom had some mold and floor could have been cleaned a little better, room was like a sauna when we first walked in and hard to regulate temperatures after that. A pillow that had a blood stain on it and breakfast wasn't anything special. Beds were decent to sleep on and the location to downtown Duluth/Bentylville was nice. Think all in all was a older hotel and for one night the price we paid I wouldn't expect it to be extravagant but maybe remove the mold and bloody pillow case and would have gave a better review!

I loved the staff, they were exceptionally terrific but that was the only thing I loved about this hotel. I picked it based on reviews I read about it having a great selection for breakfast(couldn't have been farther from the truth) compared to most hotels this one was sub-par, it was spacious like the reviews said, bathroom was very spacious which was awesome but the bed wasn't comfy like reviews had commented on and in fact it was quite worn & noisy in my room, the room also had a smell of something like wet dog like there was an animal in there prior to my stay. There was some sort of stain right at the foot of the chair/ottoman in the corner and my perp hole in the door was stuffed with toilet paper(assuming by a previous guest) and the view from my window was a decapitated trailer park right next door. Definitely not in a nicer part of town. Staff-5 stars, spaciousness-5 stars, everything else- 3 stars
