"Rick was very pleasant and welcoming when we arrived late after our event, and the front end staff in the morning (lovely gal) upon leaving smiled and was lovely as well! Even the breakfast staff fellow was kind and overall we felt valued as guests and would definitely go back to stay at this hotel again. "We had a very good time as a family group together for the holidays. Pinder was a great host, responsive and accomodating. Chair lift was helpful for us which sets this place apart. Large functional kitchen and common areas for everyone. Lots of bathrooms. Location was good, close to a walking area and shopping. Amazing views of the mountains from the kitchen and porch. Worked well for us - thanks."

"This is a clean property, it is not the closest to downtown, but the area is very good and quiet. We are a family of 5 and it was enough for us. The beds were clean and comfortable as well as the toilet, towels were also provided."
