This suite is equipped to sleep 10 people comfortably however it has the capacity to sleep 12 if you utilize the couches

You will have access to the entire main house and the yard.

The Michael Phelps Swim Spa functions is multifunctional and can act as a pool or hot tub. It is set to a hot tub during the winter months due to cold temperatures and pool during the summer months.

We are located adjacent to the US Border (Peace Arch Crossing or Pacific Highway) and Highway 99. The highway can get you to YVR airport or Downtown Vancouver in under 40 minutes.

House is located on private property.
- Shops are a few minutes driveaway

An Incidental deposit (fully refundable) + picture of photo ID may be required upon booking. We are available any time for any questions to help clarify booking requirements.

There is plenty of free parking on the property

There are security cameras that monitor/record movement at the exterior of the premises - 24/7. There are no cameras facing or inside the home.

There is a completely separate building on the property that is fenced off and has its own driveway however they use the same entrance gate. Workers leave in the morning around 7am and come back around 5pm. They do not have access to the house or driveway for the home.

For all bookings on April 15, there will be pre scheduled spa maintenance so the spa may not get up to your desired temperature.

- No Shoes in the Bedroom, Please remove in the provided Tray
- We are not responsible for any items left after check out
- No unauthorized late check outs, please let us know if running late as a late check out fee of $50 may be applied to accommodate cleaning schedules set in advance.

- YOU ARE USING THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- PREGNANT WOMEN, PERSONS WITH HEART DISEASE, DIABETES OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS AND ELDERLY PEOPLE SHOULD NOT USE A HOT TUB OR SPA WITHOUT A DOCTOR’S PERMISSION.
- NO JUMPING OR DIVING INTO THE SPA
- WE DO NOT ADVISE YOUNG CHILDREN TO USE THE HOT TUB. In the event that you allow a minor to use the HOT TUB, they must BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
- HOT TUB TEMPERATURES CANNOT BY LAW EXCEED 104 DEGREES.
- NEVER USE A HOT TUB OR SPA ALONE.
- LIMIT TIME IN THE HOT TUB OR SPA TO NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES.
- NO GLASS PRODUCTS WHATSOEVER IN OR AROUND HOT TUB.
DO NOT USE A HOT TUB OR SPA IF THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS MORE THAN 104 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.
- THE HIGH WATER TEMPERATURE IN A HOT TUB OR SPA WILL ACCELERATE
DROWSINESS IF A PERSON HAS CONSUMED ALCOHOL OR IS TAKING DRUGS,
INCREASING THE RISK OF DROWNING
- MUST COVER HOT TUB AFTER USE
