When I checked out and left my room keys she didn't Bother to mention that we got a coupon for breakfast across the parking lot at the restaurant till we found out from the nice lady who was going to seat us and she suggested that we go back to the registration and get one but I was just mad enough to not to do it so we paid for our breakfast and that was $30.00 so Maybe you need to talk to your staff and tell them to do a better job of handling your guests and We Will Not be staying at your hotels in the future

It was a little outdated, but the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff were nice and pleasant. Great for what we wanted. Breakfast was free and conveniently located across the parking lot. We came to Susanville to meet a nephew we had been looking for over 40 years. It was great. We will stay again.

I was to have double queen room, ended up with 1 queen and 1 twin, that's not the point. It was handicapped accessible. What if someone came after me and needed it. Floor could have used a good mopping. Someone needs to relearn how to make good tight bed, with a bed skirt. The pictures of the rooms in advertisements on the site are 100% better than the actual room. On the plus side of things they gave breakfast coupons for breakfast next door. Large parking lot, felt safe.

Great stop
Just a pitstop in our travels. Second time in 8 months. Great place to lay your head. Breakfast voucher for restaurant was a bonus.

An oldie but a goodie!
This hotel might look older but has all the great amenities as newer hotels. We stayed in the King suite to have extra room. The pull out couch was comfortable and so were the extra chairs. There were 2 fridges, bar sink, microwave & coffee maker. Keurig coffee was offered in the check in office too. Walgreens is next store & easy to walk to if you need anything. The free breakfast is at Lumberjack’s which shares the property. There was a limited guest menu but it was better than any other hotel free breakfast. The floor in the room was laminate flooring which gave the sense of extra space. Since we were upstairs, we were able to have our coffee outside our room that faced the mountain. It was like having a balcony at our front door. Great value for the price.

I booked two double beds and when I walked in room, there was one double and one twin. One of my granddaughters had to sleep on floor. I asked for a roll away, they didn’t have one.
