Enjoyed staying here, but our heater was very loud and made alot of noises like the fan was going out. Other than that, it was very comfortable, convenient to go places, clean and the restraunt was nice next door.

Good value for no frills hotel
Easy check in/out. Lady receptionist was very helpful. Spacious room. Basic and clean. Hot breakfast (like Denny's) is offered at the Restaurant on site; basic but a pleasant surprise.

Exactly what you would expect from a room in Susanville. Nothing bad or really great about the property but the staff was very friendly and accommodating and made it an enjoyable stay. Will stay there again when work brings me that way.

The bed was literally a rack. It was terribly sunken in the center and high at the head and foot, and this was very visible upon entry into the room. I don’t know how old it actually is, but it was terrible. I’ve had a sore neck for 2 solid days after sleeping in it. The spring was … ancient. Absolutely not acceptable at any price … but magnified at this price point. It should have been much better! I don’t know about the rest of the rooms, but that one needs updating!
