Amazing location and beautiful area!...but you feel the outside noises in the rooms and the hallways need some cleaning or updates, I guess! But, it doesn't make it a bad place, it is in an enchanting surroundings!

The view was great from premium room and the staff was wonderful. Please note hotel is undergoing renovations. Our only complaint was smoke smell. Removing old carpet should help.

We were very disappointed our experience at this establishment. The first disappointment was with the condition of the hotel from what we saw in pictures online when we made our reservations. The pictures online must have been taken many years ago. The patio deck is peeling and looks like it needs cleaning and upkeep. The landscaping and flowerbeds likewise are neglected. The bay view is obstructed by trees that have grown up. While not the hotels fault, they should not advertise the beautiful views from your patio or balcony when this is not the case when there are leaves on the trees as there are in June. We had read online there were multiple dining options. The one we saw was Big Dex, which was advertised as an American restaurant. In actuality it was a cafeteria style section inside the casino. The fine dining restaurant looks like it had been closed for years. We were looking for a nice scenic place to relax and unwind on the hotel grounds when we were not exploring nearby towns. Instead we feel that we were taken advantage of. We paid a lot of money for a place that was not at all what it advertised. One good thing I can say is that our room was clean. Other than that, it was not a positive experience and I am sorry that I made reservations there.

A little disappointed, but loved the setting.
Overall, the location and setting was nice. But as for the vacuuming, the stale smell in the room and throughout the Lodge and the fact that I said some things were wrong and would like them repaired, it was never done and I was there for three days. And after my second day, I had to ask to get my room done, which I thought was odd.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, super location!
Perfect place to stay if you want to be in the area for a few nights, especially silly during the busy summer season. There’s no minimum number of nights. Very friendly staff, good&hot coffee in the morning. And, a beautiful wooded deck and walkway through the woods to the Casino. Beautiful Bay view for coffee hour or cocktail hour.

Short walk to casino. Outdoor wrap around patio was enjoyable. Very friendly & helpful staff. Free coffee available 24 hours a day. We had a nice weekend stay & would be happy to come back again.
