Suitable for an overnight stay
The bed wasn't very comfortable but the staff were more than helpful. It suited us fine for what we wanted.

Close to people we were visiting.
We were in Mount Gambier for a wedding. The location gave us good access to wedding venue and local tourist attractions. At the same time, we had good privacy for our stay.

Hotel was nice, a bit outdated but its not about aesthetics. The beds are comfy, the heater works and we had plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower. Toaster and kettle for breaky with a little bar fridge kept us sorted.

Quiet, well maintained surroundings. Friendly staff. Always immaculately clean.

Comfortable, clean accommodation at a good price.
We have stayed at this motel many times throughout the years. We have always found it to be clean and comfortable and a good price compared to lots of others in the area. The facilities are starting to get a bit run down and tired, but it is still a good motel with quiet surroundings.

Clean and comfortable
Nice clean and comfy room, not too dear. Staff were friendly and thoughtful. They even turned the heater on before we arrived so it was warm to go into. Perfect for weary and cold travellers in winter.

Worth the money
For $95 a night our room was great. The only down side was it was cold as the heater didn't work properly and we were left with a small fan heater, our bed sunk in the middle so not very comfortable but other than that it was worth the money.

The air conditioning is too old and makes loud noise. Water cattle is dirty and old. And there is no light upon hot tea pot.

Nice and affordable hotel
We stayed there for 2 nights, beds are nice and clean. Very quiet place. The only thing they need to replace I think the carpet flooring. Bit old that seems like a little bit dirty. But the room gave us comfort against cold weather. So To sum it up it's worth to stay here .

Advertised with pool and spa....both were closed and apparently are for 10months of the year. Very disappointing.

Room had bugs in it
Woke up with bites all over my feet after sleeping in the bed. My husband had a bull ant fall on him during the night and bite him several times.

Great staff
The owners were lovely and helpful as having a child with special needs . They accomadated his dietary issues. and our late arrival to check in. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again .Only downside was no austar or dvd player but staff gave us the heads up on that. We had our portable one for the kids.
