Marco was great at the check-in! Made it very easy and was very professional. Viola I was also at the front desk and also extremely pleasant and professional The room was great. Very clean. HVAC was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

The room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the sheet. The floor was dirty and sticky. I stayed for 4 days and housekeeping did not clean my room. I had to go to the front desk and they told me to look for housekeeping and ask them for towels.

The pool wasn’t operational. Looks like it never was. The room door needs sealing close, the bathroom tub was old and rusty, the room smelled like weed smoking. Yet I guess you get what you for with that price. And they is a notice regarding cash refund that need to be corrected.
