Magnificent, inviting vacation home with impressive sea views, located halfway between Svaneke and Nexø in beautiful, quiet surroundings.

The house is built with sustainable concept and energy efficient materials and solutions, and is therefore well suited for a stay in any season. The house is very bright and tastefully decorated, visible wooden beams in the ceiling give it a special charm. You can prepare your favorite meals in the open, well-equipped kitchen, then gather around the round dining table in the living room and enjoy the meal with sea views through the windows. Or you can take a seat on the terrace, where you will be even closer to the sea. There is also a sofa area with smart TV in the living room, where you can end your days with a good movie.

The beautiful terrace is also equipped with a gas grill. The house has a large and beautiful hobby room (50 m2 of the total 135 m2) where you can play table tennis or exercise with various gym equipment. The house has a charging station for electric cars.

You will stay only 1 km from impressive cliffs and the sea, where you can swim directly from the rocks. If you prefer a sandy beach, in just 9 km you can reach Balka beach - one of the best and most child-friendly on the island. You are only 2 km away from the Rokkestenen. The house is located at Højlyngsstien and is therefore a great starting point if you want to go hiking in Bornholm's beautiful nature. Nearby, right by the water, you can visit an old, charming mill.
