Dear guests, visit the ancient city of Zadar and beautiful sea side city Biograd located in the center of the Croatian Adriatic and stay in comfortable self-contained apartments – with two bedrooms overlooking the sea in a private house with swimming pool, surrounded by a large mediterranean garden, 150 meters from the beach.
Located in a suburb of the city of Biograd, SV FILIP-JAKOV, 5 kilometers from the city center of Biograd, apartment consists of: Living room, with a balcony overlooking the sea and a swimming pool enter, provided with a comfortable sofa bed for two with and with free wi-fi and smart LCD TV (satelite). Large bedroom, is fitted with a double bed, closet and TV. Second bedroom with double bed, closet and TV.
Fully equipped kitchen, with a balcony overlooking the sea and swimming pool enter. Bathroom with toilet, washing machine, hair dryer. The garden has a terrace with furniture and traditional barbecue and swimming pool and with parking places on property.
Please notice that the house has three apartments (A1 and A2 are in the level of the upper ground floor, three stairs up from the ground level, the balcony and the pool and A3 is on the third-top floor)with private jacuzzi only , no access to pool.
