Welcome to Yarroma, a mid-century holiday rental nestled in the bush hamlet of Swanhaven. This 2 storey house offers a relaxed space for family holidays, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms 2 kitchens, and the capacity for up to 7 guests. This retro-style house may remind you of the beach holidays of your own childhood!

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (please contact our office or Inlet laundry to organise linen hire services if needed)
- Wi-Fi is available
- No smoking inside the house
- No access to laundry at house
- Well trained dog considered (by application to agent)

Downstairs you'll find a spacious and self-contained area, featuring a large queen bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. This convenient set up provides privacy and flexibility for guests e.g. teenagers or extended family.
By walking through the back door, entering the backyard, and walking up the stairs you find the second story.

The 2nd floor features two additional bedrooms (with queen bed and double bunks and a single bed) and another bathroom. The open-plan design continues, with another fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge room including a TV, and dining space.

Outside:
In the large backyard, you'll find a tranquil space where you can unwind and an outdoor dining setting.

To fully appreciate the natural beauty of the area, Yarroma has front and back verandas. From here, you can soak in the bush views, enjoy a cup of coffee, or just relax and immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings.

Location
Located just 1 street back from Swan Lake only 200 metres away is just a short walk to enjoy swimming, stand up paddle boarding or kayaking. A BBQ area and public toilets are close by on the lake, where you can enjoy a picnic by the lake.

The surfing beaches of Cudmirrah and Berrara are just a 2 minute drive and the Sussex Inlet Township is quick 5 minute drive for any necessities.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and account number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
