Welcome to our listing of Mumbles View Apartment by Tŷ SA. A stylish one bedroom apartment located just a short walk from the beach.

In this lovely property you will find 1 spacious bedroom that offers a comfortable double bed and lots of storage for your belongings during your stay. The bathroom has a walk in shower along with a basin and WC.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you should need to enjoy your stay in comfort.

There is an open plan lounge area with a large 50" Smart TV along with complimentary WiFi. There is also a sofa bed which makes up the additional sleeping space for guests.

Not As expected
The check in was not easy, the key was not in the box as the instructions given for selfcheck in. I found the key above the electrical box. No lots of thing to do, no entertainment for Conservative people. the shops are small and limited. The staff of the property did an payment operation onmy card without asking my permission for the last night staying.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property is in a great location, very close to the beach and around the corner from a Co-op which is convenient. However, apart from that we were disappointed in our stay. Upon arrival, a number of advertised amenities were not available in the property (namely the hairdryer, kitchen was not fully stocked - no forks and only one mug, and no coffee pods/tea/snacks as promised). We did contact the host who sorted these out within 24 hours. In addition, the property was not properly clean (spider webs in bedroom and dirty toilet), only one loo roll was provided, and the mattress on the bed is old and lumpy and sunken (bed was advertised as ‘comfy’). Overall a fine stay, however not worth the money. Location saved it.
