Located on the seafront near award winning beaches, restaurants & pubs, this sustainable retreat is the perfect escape! Book now for an unparalleled coastal stay with stunning sea views! With uninterrupted sea views this gorgeous apartment enjoys an unapparelled position overlooking Mumbles bay. With floor to ceiling windows in the lounge/ kitchen the sea views are second to none! The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan lounge (with sofabed), kitchen, diner making this a truly unique property in which to stay.

Fully renovated and interior designed (Sept '24) in a Japandi style this apartment is sure to provide a relaxing stay with ocean retreat vibes. The lounge and master bedroom each have a 55 inch smart TV and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

Mumbles is a bustling seaside town with a vast array of cafes, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The George pub is located right next door for lunch and evening meals and a great brunch spot is located less than 20m away at Full of Graze. Several grocery stores are within a ten minute walk and Mumbles bay and promenade are located opposite the apartment.

Free parking is available directly in front of the property (3 spaces to the right) and in front of the George next door, all are on a first come first served basis. There are also free car parking spaces located on the main road on the side nearest the sea, also on a first come first served basis. Paid for parking is available in the car park opposite. For guests staying for 7 days or more, a visitor permit can be purchased directly from Swansea Council for £25.

Please note this apartment is located on the first floor of the property with no lift so it might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
