Needs some improvement
We paid for a room that would accommodate three adults when we arrived. The pullout couch bed was broken and our third adult had to sleep on the floor. The bed was put together with bungee cords. We were in the midst of a long road trip and needed a place to get some rest I feel bad for the person in our party sleeping on the floor. The morning staff was great and super nice and friendly.
