The room smelled of mold/mildew. The shower was not clean it had other people’s hair in it. The hotel itself is dated. The pool was closed but was not mentioned on site. And sadly the pancake machine was broken :(

This is an older property unfriendly staff. Cold breakfast food. Pool was closed should had on website. Not worth price we paid. If we wss not so tired would of stayed somewhere else. Poor internet.

the room was musty and carpet was bad. the furniture was in disrepair. It smelled bad and was not worth the $150 we paid. The staff was friendly and nice.

Upside: Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Convenient to the location we were visiting. Downside: Only spent the money I did for the room because of the indoor pool and exercise room, but the pool was closed for cleaning the entire time we were there Thursday thru Saturday, also the exercise room only had two pieces of equipment, a stationary bike and treadmill(which didn't work). Other than those things the stay was pretty good.

Maybe worth $60 a night AT BEST
Pretty worn down room. The drawer on the dresser kept rolling open and blocking the walkway because the room was heavily sloped. It was maybe the worst night of sleep I’ve ever had. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, even my children complained about them the next day. There were hardly any tv channels and the pool was so murky and gross looking that we didn’t dare go in. The draw for this hotel was that only 2 pulled up online in this area and this one had a “make your own pancake” station and comfortable beds by looking at the photos on Hotels.com. Of course the pancake maker was broke and the beds were the worst I’ve slept on in my life. There was mildew in the showers and no vent in the bathroom so traveling with a family made for one hot and stinky room, which the hotel room already smelled heavily of mildew, I’m assuming now was from the lack of a vent in the bathroom. We chose this hotel for the pictures but so wish we had just booked a room at another one of the many hotels along the road nearby on the day of our stay.

Overpriced.
The facility should be on a list of properties be updated as it is furnished with stuff we would all walk past at a garage sale. The chairs and ottomans in the rooms and common areas are worn well past when they should have been replaced. The staff was professional and efficient but clearly not overly enthusiastic about customer service.

Please don’t stay at this hotel. We made reservations and at check-in was told that more reservations were given out than available rooms. Our family of five reserved a room to accommodate us but the room we were given was for four people. The hotel is very dirty and their computer system tried to charge my card $5,000 above the room rate. Luckily, I used a credit card and was able to decline the transaction. The morning staff was very kind and apologetic but by that time our stay was ruined. Needless to say, stay somewhere else!
