Great place and great location! Breakfast is great, the happy hour from 5pm-6pm was really nice and the gym 🏋️‍♂️ is top notch for a hotel. They also have free bike rentals as well.

Amazing place so clean and staff was so nice. Perfect for walking around Sydney as it is next to the park and so close to public transport. Also you can rent a cycle for free at the hotel. Thank you for having us we will be back!

Stunning hotel near Sydney town hall
Good location near Hyde Park and Town hall station. Really good shopping near by too. 25 min walk to circular quay and opera house. Excellent ala carte breakfast with brilliant service. Luke’s kitchen restaurant also nice. Beautiful room in good condition. Only slight complaint was tea bags and milk etc were not always replenished and house keeping do not come until late afternoon. Good gym with yoga studio. Would stay here again.

The Kimpton Margot is an excellent hotel. Its charm is anchored on the art deco beauty of Sydney's old Water Board building. There are many original features and the beautiul interiors are deco themed. The reception is in the large open ground floor atrium. A restaurant 'Lukes' by known chef, Luke Mangin is a comfortable and tasteful space with an excellent breakfast and staff. I had a room on level 6 (606). It was oversize and stylishly appointed, large bathroom and shower, quiet aircon, lots of amenites, well stocked mini bar, deco themed art prints on the wall and large TV. The room looked onto a light well, so not a hotel to look at views, but the space was so spacipus and comfortable, i wasn't looking for views. A lovely hotel, with friendly staff and 10 mins walk to endless public transport including the airport train. My new home when in Sydney. The hotel has a lovely relaxed feeling of style and quality and not the clinical feel of other five star properties. Well done to all the staff.
