Nice convenient boutique hotel.
The location is excellent. Near Chinatown and the Darling Harbor. Easy to walk to most places and light rail is 1 block from the hotel. I had a smaller 1 person room but it was perfect for what I needed and wanted.

We had an issue with the air con in our room that made a loud constant sound and kept us up all night. While the night staff were not able to help, the reception the next day were great and were able to move us to a new room

Cute boutique hotel. All the reviews said the rooms were small but I took a gamble. They weren’t wrong! I was travelling solo so worked fine but wouldn’t be ideal otherwise. It was a little noisy too being close to the street. Having said that very cute and new. Convenient to Darling Harbour

Clean but a bit too compact.
A well located hotel but there was very little space in the city view rooms. Not even enough to open my suitcase and leave it open without obstructing a doorway. It was a great room for me travelling solo but I'd probably opt for one of the larger rooms if there is more than one person. I don't mind a compact room if the space is designed well with considered storage. but this did not have that. I also paid a lot extra for a city view room and the window is not like what is pictured. My window was quite high up and narrow, you could only see a view when you were standing up in the room. Was just a bit disappointing to be charged extra for a room I couldn't see.

The room was really cramped. Two cabins as washroom and separately located. No exhaust fan to carry the smell out. Very inconveniently located place to put your luggage and access your clothes. No ironing facility. May be good for a student not a corporate traveller.

Brilliant find at Darling Harbour . Right opposite the walking bridge to restaurants , aquarium etc Staff were fabulous . The food in cafe style restaurant delicious . Room comfortable and clean and tidy . I have stayed in some 5 star hotels and this little hotel will give them s run for their money on pricing and presentation . Even bought their fabulous Organic shampoo , conditioner snd body wash on departure . In the hallway of my floor sparkling and plain chilled water on self serve . Did not find a safe though in the room . Otherwise location , ambiance , staff and cleanliness amazing . I will be back .

Modern clean and efficiency property very close to Darling harbor attractions and area. Walk to Maritine Museum. Rooms are small but new and equipped with everything you need. Free breakfast at the first floor cafe was excellent with fine coffee as well.
