Apartment clean. Arrived at midnight, to find NO key in late arrival box as arranged. Had to call security man - waited 40 minutes. He found us another room as ours was double booked! George, the security man from Protek was a STAR. Thank you George.

Proximity to airport for 1 night stay was appealing. Taxi driver disgusted that I took a cab (with about 18/19kgs carry on bags) from Intnl airport. Tried walking to domestic terminal following day... Wasn't aware of transport from/to International & Domestic airports? Piping in room 120 was very noisy from room above. No imagination required!

The only drawback is that parking is minimal and not close to the hotel entrance, but is a short walk. But all was great for a last minute sleep before heading to the airport

Noisy and inconvenient
Located on the junction of two busy streets and with minimal sound dampening, it was difficult to sleep. Additionally, there is no vehicle access or wayside for taxis to drop off or pick-up travellers
