Conveniently located near RPA/medical

Reception staff went out of their way to assist our family with after hours check-ins and extension of stay due to medical issues. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again when we need to access RPA.

Rang earlier on the day to book parking. Was told it was okay just to come to reception on arrival and will be directed where to park. However when I arrived I was then told there was no parking and was directed to park on the street in an area that I had to move my car by 8pm. Not good enough

The room I stayed in was very close to traffic intersection on ground floor. The constant beep beep beep of the walk light was quite intrusive at night. Access to the laundry facilities was terrific.The housekeeping crew did a fine job.
