Nice rooms, everything very comfortable. Wifi was good in the room. Easy walking distance to the new Metro, and less than 25 minutes to the CBD. Breakfast buffet was good, with the only negative being the scrambled eggs were awful powdered eggs. Eggs could be cooked to order though.

It's professionally run, comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this hotel as a classy and safe option in a convenient location. Great for business travel but perfectly acceptable for a personal break in Sydney.

Best Customer Service Experience
It’s not unusual to receive good customer service from one of two employees but this was amazing. I interacted with at least 7 staff who all made me feel welcome and couldn’t do enough to help me. This is across 4 departments. Senior management deserve recognition for well trained team. FYI, I’ve stayed away for all most 100 nights this year in multiple countries so I know the difference!
