This resort like building includes level access to the heated swimming pool and BBQ beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site parking. The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.
The space consist of 1 bedroom, Lounge area, fully functional kitchen, Bathroom plus Parking.

Please Note: The lift replacement project will be commencing on 3rd June 2024. Both lifts will be out of service between the hours of 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday for the initial 2-3 weeks approximately until 21st June 2024. After that, they will be working on one lift at a time Anticipated completion date is on Mid-May 2025. Please note: You will be hearing noise from time to time.
Unit 15 is on the 4th floor.
The pool area (pool, chairs, BBQs) will be out of bounds during the pool resurfacing works from 1st July 2024 to 30th September 2024 (anticipated completion date)
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
McMahons Point short walk to North Sydney business district and train station. 50m to McMahons Point ferry and nearby cafes and restaurants on Blues Point Road.
Getting Around:
Free parking outside property and in adjacent parking building.
Other Things to Note:
*The washing machine is in the building. Not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
