Initially we were placed in a room near the lifts. The room was very noisy from lift sounds. We were moved to another room due to noises. This next room was smaller but main complaint I have staying in a 5 star hotel is that we didn’t have any bottled water or milk in the room and the spot in the bathroom where I believe the water filter tap was supposed to be was just a hole in the bench. Also not even a biscuit to have with a cup of tea.

Comfort and Quality
Another great stay in the Hilton. We came in for a show on Saturday night and had a very comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful and the check in and out was seamless. Very comfortable and spacious room with first rate facilities. Never have and qualms about staying at the Hilton. Always a great experience. The light rail out the front of the hotel makes moving around Sydney easier as well.

On level 39 the sound of construction work during the day all day was unbearable and incredibly loud. I was not informed by staff that it would be taking place which would have been very much appreciated. Also cleaning staff, although very polite, would knock on the door or try to enter the room every day despite the 'do not disturb' sign being on, which has never happened before. I stay regularly at the Hilton but probably won't stay there again.
