Clean hotel but check-in was bad. The employees working that day were very young and inexperienced. They could not tell me where to find the shuttle bus area with accuracy. When I complained about this during check-in, the girl said "it's not our shuttle." Well you're promoting it. She also gave me a horrible traffic-facing room that was noisy all night. I spoke to a manager and she was gracious enough to fix the issue.

Hotel was great and the free breakfast was fantastic! It’s about a 15 mins walk from T2. We took the free shuttle from T1 to T2 and walked. The train station is about another 15mins but once your there it’s easy to hop on the train to circle Quay and enjoy the Harbour.

The hotel is in a good location. A few minutes walk to the train station which will take you all over Sydney. Hotel is clean and staff are very accommodating and friendly. Included breakfast is good. Overall, hotel is very good

Terrible Hotel with the worst services!
1.I have emailed the hotel multiple times to prepare a baby cot for my young infant before arrival but they totally ignored it. Bad service! 2.The taxi stopped us at Ground Level entrance, but the hotel lobby is located at Level 1 and you need the Access Card to go to Level 1, how do you expect the new guests who haven’t checked in to get Access Card? Stupid design! 3. My towels are having the blood like stained, called Reception and Room Service for exchanging for more than 10 times, no answer at all! Terrible service! 4. The buffet breakfast was as simple as the road sides foods with less than 10 types of foods! Worst foods I ever had! In overall, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO STAY IN THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!

Lovely modern clean spacious room. Lovely staff from reception to kitchen to housekeeping, very friendly. Breakfasts were lovely. Did use the “24 hour” room service qr code in room to find out an hour and fifteen minutes later after ringing down that the kitchen closed at 10pm despite it stating you can get food throughout the night(possibly could order pizza/toastie after hours), but they were happy to refund me. Chrome cast on the tv so could stream your phone to the tv which was great. Good location bus stop outside the back of the hotel to get bus towards bondi junction passing maroubra beach and coogee beach. 10 minute walk to mascot train station and a few stops into the city.

My room was great and had everything I needed in plenty of space. Breakfast was awesome. There were only 2 issues with this property. Reception is on level 1 so everyone has to take the lift twice - once to reception, then again to their room (or to ground if checking out). There were 3 lifts but always a queue and a wait. The other issue was with the food ordering, which was done easily from my room and collected from the reception/dining floor. I ordered 3 things, was called to say my order was ready, but when I got there I was told 2 of the 3 ordered items weren't available. Despite these issues I would stay at this property again.

The room wasn’t serviced on 2 occasions despite the sign being on our door. The carpet and bathroom floor had also clearly not been cleaned/vacuumed before we arrived as there were hairs everywhere.
