Hotel was nice and convenient, but bedding was a little too small for a comfortable night, and at 7:30am the breakfast experience was terrible. Ran out of bacon and never refilled it, breakfast beans seemed like a bad idea when everyone else does simple baked beans, refilled knives and forks but long wait for spoons for cereal. Disorganized chaos. Also not a good idea to mingle breakfast with the reception area and the bar.

The Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient for those individuals looking to be close to the airport. The breakfast was average but filling. Overall, I had a nice staff at this hotel.

The room was very nice. The pick up shuttle at the airport was not as expected. They said meet at Bay 12. The shuttle did not go to Bay 12 instead pulled up to curb. Driver never told us he was the HI Express shuttle. Left without us!

A very serviceable airport hotel, practical and functional and fine for an early flight. Room was good, very clean and beds fine. The area is busy and the dining is limited and some staff could do with a bit more customer relations training (aoart from the lovely lady on reception at 7.15am today) but in terms of proximity to the airport and value for money, the hotel is good.

We stayed here 5 nights. We placed the “Do not disturb “ placard on our doorknob for 3 days and then we changed it to “Make up room” (or it’s equivalent. The request was either ignored or not noticed. I asked a housekeeper (who said she was ‘checkout’ c,earner only for fresh towels and got them 😀 however, she said you have to call the desk to get room service. WHY ISN’T THAT CLEARLY POSTED ANYWHERE?
