This was a nice hotel with all the amenities you would expect. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet despite being near the airport. The staff were very friendly! The breakfast buffet was awesome! They even had barista-made coffees. There was some construction/renovation going on with a lift, so some there was a little debris with that, but otherwise everything was quite tidy. The parking was a bit steep as we stayed 4 nights. I guess that’s the price you pay for convenience, though. It was super easy and quick returning our rental vehicle and getting to the airport.

The hotel is an IHG (global brand) property and should be more atuned to the meaning of hospitality..... Firstly, I am fully aware that booking for an early check-in in advance comes with a surcharge, but on the occasion when a guest arrives early - and the property has the room available and ready to accept the guest, to ask for a surcharge at that point in order to check in before 2pm is all but "hospitable". I travel a lot and on occasions do arrive early and am able to check in early. On these ocasions I have never been asked to pay a surchage..

The hotel is very close to the airport and a two minute walk to the Mascot subway station. The harbour area of Sydney is just a few subway stops away. The room was very clean, quiet, modern and spacious. I would stay here again if in Sydney.
