The hotel is set just off the magnificent Bondi beach which was just over the road. The hotel suite was extremely clean and well laid out, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for our stay ( kettle toaster etc )

The hotel did not offer bag storage at checkout. If they are going to require a guest to check out at 10:00 am, the least they could do is store a bag for a few hours. They suggested I could store my bag at some dodgy backpackers place down the road. If a backpacker place offers this basic service, why can’t the hotel. This is just unacceptable.

The hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy all that Bondi Beach offers and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff could work on their customer service. We had a fantastic week at the hotel but were disappointed when we were informed that they could not store our luggage after check out and we had to walk to a backpackers and pay $25 for them to store the luggage instead. This is a large hotel and it seems ridiculous that they were unable to assist with the luggage, I've never before been refused. Have to say it felt a little like, 'Oh you're leaving, you're dead to us then'.

The beds are way too hard.My wife and i both struggled to get any sleep,other than that,the concierge/reception people were excellent and helped us with a parking spot when they didn’t have to so that was great.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Bathroom in queen room is really small and no shelf to put anything. Also room is small with 2 cases so you are constantly having to move them. Room is clean but is quite dated in terms of furniture. Would be nice to have some fruit teabags too.

It’s an okay-ish hotel and the stay would’ve been fine but there was an issue my aircon leaking quite severely. The staff seemed to be too busy to care. I probably caught them at a bad time, but it hasn’t left me wanting to stay at this hotel again.

Great location on the beach. Right in the middle of the action. Can hear the fun down on the street from the room but that stops around midnight and thats what yiyr there fir anyway. The atmosphere .
