Rooms were clean and cosy, it's a busy road, but not too loud inside. Cheap and cheerful, onsite parking is an issue but was not too difficult to find a spot over night round the corner.

Found online picture of outside misleading and thought it was more a hostel type accommodation, but at last minute booked one night and was pleasantly surprised with the room which had been updated. Location is unbeatable if you are going RNSH each day. For price for room is good , but is small, but includes free parking and continental breakfast. Paid parking at RNSH is horrendous, so free parking at hotel was fantastic with a 5 min walk to hospital.

We had a nice stay at st. leonards hotel! The hotel staffs are really nice! Will surely check in this hotel again when we go back in sydney.

The property had mold in the bathroom, was loud due to the main street traffic, breakfast was very basic ( toast, cereal, milk, coffee) on the first day of staying the honey had ants in it. Location it good close to the train station. Will not stay again

Nothing to like about this property. Rooms were totally different what it was shown on photos. Parking available so i had to get paid parking on the street. It wad clearly mention huge parking available when i was booking the room. I will never recommend to book this hotel.

We parked on Bellevue Street when there was no available parking :) I moved the microwave next to the bed and the kettle to the bathroom as I found no other available powerpoint. The fridge was also turned off. Nevertheless, it is peaceful, convenient, there is a bus nearby to Wynyard and it is walking distance to St. Leonards Train Station! Very handy to have breakfast available :) Both cleaning and reception staff, including Trinny, have been very kind and helpful.

Pokey small room with hair left in the shower (not mine). Only 1 blanket meaning the room was cold for sleeping. Aircon was too loud to keep on at night. Chair was filthy - I wouldn’t sit on it or even leave my clothes on it. Staff were friendly. You get what you pay for - cheap and nasty!
