Morning staff very friendly, great selection for breakfast even thought it cost more then advertised on Expedia. Pros: aircon worked great; clean bedding Cons: tv did not work in room; could not turn on bathroom light without turning on main lights to bedroom, annoying to use toilet during the night with everyone sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were so accommodating, kind and friendly as we quickly realised we needed a bigger room with a kitchen sink to be able to wash our babies bottles. Within 2 minutes we were given another room for a small extra nightly fee. They also offered to arrange a cot for us, but we already had our porta cot. The location was great and easily accessible to shops and restaurants (most a short driving distance). The room was very clean, a little bit old but for the price we paid, we cant complain, as it was less than half of the price in the surrounding areas and throughout Sydney. Will definitely be staying there again. Kids were haply as the pool opened at 7am and closed a 9pm so they enjoyed that as well. Thanks Hunts Hotel, see you again soon.

Great location for what we needed and staff were amazing. However, the whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It was terrible, especially as we had our children with us. The whole building was non smoking and there were warnings against this, so nothing the hotel could control. Besides that, room was comfortable. Just difficult to enjoy with the smell of smoke the whole stay.

Hunts is pretty dated. In the past rooms were clean. This time we found abandoned child’s toys under the table and mould in the shower. Cars were reversing up to the sliding door at all hours. The rooms are a rabbit warren it took us a while to find the room.

The stay was very good close to where we had to get to. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The three bedroom town house that we booked could with an update and maybe a few air freshens around the place. Overall it was a nice place to stay and good value for a family of 6.

The place stank, was not clean at all. The beds were very heavily stained with large patches of strange fluids . Looked like an homeless shelter though worse…. the bed covers were stained also.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. The only downside was that the PowerPoints were not always easily accessible eg I had to move bed out to plug in my cpap machine and there wasn’t a power point above bench for jug. The service was friendly and I would definitely consider staying again. Very reasonable rates

Booked 2 rooms and both were highly perfumed with room freshener, why what smells are they trying to cover up. That is the only complaint, everything nice and clean, nice soft fluffy towels, comfy bed, friendly staff.
