We loved staying at ibis hotel, cozy room, really helpful staffs, especially Sulav. We stayed as a family and we had a great time. The only thing that could be improved is the room service and overall maintenance.

There was hair and snot in the bed. It wasn't changed from the last guest. The top bunk didn't have a top sheet. Not impressed at your cleanliness. Manager didn't care when I told him

Very quiet despite being on a busy highway. Room was suitable for one person for one night. Breakfast was included but wasn't available until 7:30am which was too late as I was working in Parramatta and needed to be there by 7:45.

The property is centrally located and serves its purpose when you need to attend a sporting event. It needs to consider putting people with a disability on the lower ground. Maybe on the booking site it should have this facility.
