Very noisy at all hours for a "soundproof" room. We could hear doors slamming all night, planes outside, and noise from the reception area car pull up. The shower spread water all over the bathroom floor and had no bathroom fan, and the staff at check in were both very rude. One was on a mobile while helping us and the other spoke so rudely to the guest in front of us. I wouldn't come back.

Very disappointed that due to a booking error using wotifs platform there was no flexibility to change the booking date from Ibis hotel. This meant that they were booked out and could not accommodate me on the night I was intending to stay, and the entire payment was lost.

Stains all over the carpet, garage bag and rubbish spilled out left on the floor when we got out of the lift onto our rooms level. Reception didn’t answer when trying to call and staff told my husband to wait 30 minutes when he asked for more pillows at 11pm (you only get one in the room). Massive rip off for $300+ for the night.
