I recently stayed at Katoomba Motel and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for my trip. I would recommend this motel to fellow traveler looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

Great old style motel room.Room was clean Bed felt great Good hot shower and nice choice of TV channels to watch. Only needed for 1 night so was perfect as right in town to get a meal as well

My stay was excellent. From reception to housekeeping staff, all very helpful and polite. Following on with the prepaid buffet breakfast at the Metropole hotel where the buffet layout, the food and drinks quality were excellent. The chef/waitress - excellent service with a smile and a great atmosphere.

The room we booked online was not the room we were given. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling, bathroom heater was broken and the tub wasn’t clean. The sink in the kitchenette had a constant drip with a loose tap. On the ceiling between the facia, tissues were stuffed in. The receptionist was helpful and we did NOT stay there in the end. I would NOT recommend this property.
