Although the location was fabulous, it was tricky gaining access from the carpark for a disabled person using a walker. Perhaps accessibility could be noted on facility description, otherwise we loved our proximity to the main thoroughfare.

Place felt safe and close to shops and amenities. Friendly welcome. The place really needs a fan in the bathroom despite the window and especially in the shared laundry as the moisture travelled all the way from the laundry into the corridor. Also impossible to wifi your iPhone. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay whilst exploring the blue mountains.

Two night stay. We were arriving late and was given instructions over the phone for keys and access to our room. Room is spacious, clean and quiet. Within walking distance to train station, cafes, shops and Blue Mountains lookouts.

Well located at the top of Leura’s Main Street. Undercover parking and a stroll to the nice Alexandra Hotel. The property is well maintained and the Staff were friendly. The rooms are basic and a bit tired.

The apartments were nice. However, the air conditioning in the living room of apartment 35 was very noisy. Other than that, it is highly recommended. Also, the people at the reception were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

The only positive is the close proximity to the shops. We got woken up by the smoke alarms one night which activated for no reason at 3am. You can see the tiredness of the furniture and kitchen appliances.
