The hotel was quiet and located in front of a light rail stop. Walking distance to Darling Harbour China Town and opposite the Capital Theatre. Overall a good hotel to stay at. Parking was across the road, but be aware during performances the carpark is often full.

Relaxing stay in a great location for the purpose of our trip. We have stayed here before and were happy to return. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is beginning to show its age- some fittings are loose, tiles/grouting are wearing, the broom of the door is wearing away.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night it is obviously next to a nightclub cause it was loud all night until approx 3am and then you can hear people shouting in the street between 3-5am, and then the trams started approx 5am. Noisy!! You can hear everyone walking on your floor also. The smell in the reception that went through the lift area was overwhelming from the restaurant inside. Not a good sleep or experience for me, sorry

Soundproofing was disappointing
Room itself was comfortable. The let down was a level 1 room on a Saturday night - street noise from trams passing, the beat from a Nightclub and people shouting well after midnight was not what I expected given the cost of this room. Soundproofing requires improvement. Would expect better from Mantra.
