We went to the theatre and this hotel was perfect for location. The hotel staff and facilities were also great.

Pretty good accommodation right in CBD
Location is the best feature. Step out of the entrance from the street & look to the right, you’ll see the Queen Victoria Building in few hundred meters. That’s how central it is. For its location of course it’s not going to be big room etc for the price but I had stayed in a smaller shoebox when staying in CBD & paid more. So, overall descent accommodation that I don’t mind staying again if I need to stay in Sydney CBD.

The staff was plesant, convenient to Darling Harbor. Only a few blocks from the hop on hop off stop #3. Single room was clean and enough for someone who will be busy touring. From the airport, take the St James stop.

It could be only my room but the paper walls were unstick at some part, seems to have mold in the washroom, seems the room did not have proper maintenance in years. After my first night, I wake up with little bump and a lot of scratches. After saying that to the staff, they did not see surprise and only propose to do a deep clean up. I changed hotel after my first night (I had two. Great location and good staff otherwise.

Excellent location for train and light rail services. Room small and highly suitable for single traveller. King size bed took up most of the room - too big a bed for the size of the room. Highly suggest travellers request a high floor. I was on second floor and the rumble of the trains going straight under the hotel from early morning until late night drove me insane. Otherwise, a clean, convenient option.
