Generous, comfortable, well located.
Excellent checkin. I mentioned the stay was for my wife's birthday and they gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Unlike a lot of top hotels in Sydney you also get barrista coffee with breakfast at no extra charge. Very happy.

The stay was nice. Staff were all incredibly accommodating and polite, particularly valet and a gentleman in buffet that was very attentive in helping with the cereal and milk. My only dislike was the amount of wait time we had to be seated for the buffet it took us 20min to be seated by that time the kids were hangry.

Reasonable stay
Our overall experience and stay was fine. Room was a good size and clean. Little disappointed on nil items to snack on or drink in the room. Just a kettle with tea bags & coffee sachet. Disappointed to have call 3 x times for our room to be cleaned and tidied up. No excuse or apologies for non service.

The property was in a good location close to all amenities and public transportation. The room was clean and well appointed however housing keeping is a bit slow to clean and replenish fresh towels, condiments and empty bins. Buffet breakfast is very good and plenty of options although I thought the price was a bit high.

Our 2nd stay here, upgraded our room which was wonderful. Service was absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful. Love the proximity to the harbour which meant a pleasant walk and lots of dining choices.

Staff were fantastic! Nothing was too big a hassle for them and everyone was friendly. For example we asked for early check in and luckily our room was ready - I joined the PARKROYAL club which was free to get early access to our room. Through the stay we also asked for extra teabags, towels and a late checkout all were no dramas. My kids absolutely loved the buffet breakfast especially the omelette station. They wanted a special shout out to the man making the omelettes - and I have been asked to make omelettes since our stay. The hotel was well located, and had thoughtful extras like drink bottle stations. We had room service too which was good value and tasty. All in all we had a fantastic stay and thank the staff for their hospitality. We’ll definitely look to stay there again in the future.

The room was just an average room. Didn’t feel like you are staying in a 4 or 4.5 star hotel. Very cheap looking room. Won’t stay in this hotel anymore!!!
