Skye Suites was the best! The room has everything you need, great access and comfortable stay in all regards. The staff are so lovely especially Rose who took such great care of us. Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else now, can’t wait to return.

It has all the latest and well-maintained facilities and is very accessible to public transportation. There is also a very large shopping center 5 minutes walk away, which is great for shopping.

This is a true 5 star location. It is central to Parramatta Westfield and Parramatta stadium. Reception staff and the concierge were excellent. Parramatta station is conveniently close but there was no noise from it in the apartment. It is a short train ride to central Sydney and Circular Quay.

The spa was the main reason I booked this property however it had been closed without warning or reason and could not be used and when asked I was told it had not been working for some time. The room was not up to its normal standard I had experienced before with cleanliness and a few broken things in the room. All and all, I was disappointed on this visit.

Great communication prior to arrival. When we arrived our room hadn’t been cleaned but the reception staff were very quick to change us to another . Lovely suite , clean and quiet. 5 mins walk to Westfield.
