The hotel location is super convenient annd this is the reason I stayed in this hotel again. Excellent Customer service but the bathroom looks dated! Tried the breakfast and it was not as good as another five star hotel. I would say the breakfast quality is 3 stars.

Loved the stay, nothing I can fault. I guess my saddest opinion would be that the spa was under renos when we decided to stay, unfortunately this was not stated prior the stay. It was the main reason we decided on the hotel. Otherwise, a wonderful stay! Thanks a lot guys!

This is a perfectly-situated hotel, in the heart of Sydney's CBD, super close to dining, shopping and a slew of transportation options... great staff, very accommodating... and our saving grace was upgrading to one of the Business Lounge floors, which gave us access to 3 culinary presentations each day! We will stay here when we return to Sydney!

We had a great stay at Swissotel. There was an issue initially with the plumbing as the sink was leaking. We had been moved in another room quite quickly when we advised reception. Breakfast overall was good with sufficient options. Staff are friendly. Gym and pool are on the smaller side but functional. Location is excellent and very convenient. Close to shops, transport, entertainment and landmarks. Would go back.

Staff was really helpful, patient and top notch service. Only the first night I saw 2 baby cockroaches around the toilet bowl area and the bathtub handle bar fell. The lounge area is quite hot. Otherwise everything else is excellent. Highly recommended.

The staff were excellent, breakfast seating was a little chaotic, coffee very average. Cocktails were excellent. Room was comfortable, there was some inconsiderate guest who decide it was okay to smoke in their room, which made it very uncomfortable for everyone else, as the smoke filtered through everyone’s rooms and hallway.
