Receptionist/Manager was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful, created "hotel rules" saying we were not allowed visitors, no kids allowed in our specific room and even had yelled at us and would hang around outside our hotel room the whole stay. She threatened to lock the key to our room and call police because we had children visiting us during the day. The cleaners and maintenance people were all lovely towards us all and customer service from them was good.
