Noisy lobby hard to understand reception staff. Room had no safe. Staff said every room has a safe made us look too stupid to find out the location. After inviting staff member to show us the location they were unable to find one in our room. Was taking out, staff not knowing.

Friendly staff, quick check in with no hassle. Great location, the hotel is closed to public transport, many restaurants nearby and walking distance to Hype Park. Complement drinking water at the lobby is a bonus! The only issue we had was the hotel room, there were no complement toothbrush, shaver, and no cutlery in the room as you would expect these in a hotel. Not enough milk provided, we had to get more from the reception ….

Staff were excellent. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower had a dual head where the overhead worked but the handheld did not. The bed was uncomfortable which was two singles joined together and started to pull apart.

Great hotel that punches way above its weight. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Staff are friendly and helpful.The food at the in house restaurant is excellent. I would definitely recommend here.

Hotel does not bother to entertain email or any request. Book for master quadruple room but no sofa was even provided. We book that room type mainly because there should be a living room and the photo shows that. Such a large room but no where to sit but on bed.

Stayed 1 night. Staff were lovely. Facilities were really good. Great rooftop to meet our friends also staying in the building. Bar and restaurant in the foyer. Only had a drink. Literally 5 minute walk from Central Station. Construction work right next door at the moment, so am early start with some noise. Shower water pressure is terrible. Overall a very good option and right for the price. Bottle of wine on arrival through Expedia.
