This contemporary cottage is peacefully located amongst the tranquil tree-tops of Avalon Beach. Basking in a private position at the rear of a large block, indulging in views of Avalon's hills and sea. There is an abundance of natural light throughout and this studio cottage offers the following features:

Peaceful retreat by the beach
