Was a fair hotel with loads of potential, however this is what we experienced Table not cleaned when we arrived - had to clean it ourselves Shower has a lot of mold - would be an easy clean Carpet worn/ fraying edges Not enough coat hangers- so brought our own and left behind Draws fall apart when opening Shower blocked - resolved very quickly 1 lift out of order for 2 days -(no sign) Spa out of order for 2 nights - (no sign) No hand towels, you have to pay extra for hand towels We understand they are new owners and have work to do, but we did not know they status of upgrades and repairs required, prior to booking has 8.4 rating on hotels.com which suggests very good and it is not. Maybe advise of building upgrade and repair status where advertising so people are aware

We had a lovely stay. While the property is very dated the new owners are working on updating. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great location, wonderful amenities and a great place to stay.

Solid & affordable central CBD hotel. Room was small but well design & laid out. Everything & AC worked great. They have a sauna but seemed to be inconsistent on how it worked. The gym was small, with some limited equipment.

We stayed several nights as a family with young children. Overall we were happy with the apartment. The kitchen and in room washer and dryer were very convenient, and the location was excellent, near to Darling Harbour and QVB and a variety of food options. The property is somewhat old and the toilet could use a few more towel racks and hooks, but it was otherwise clean and a pleasant stay and much better than we expected after booking and reading some of the reviews.

Incredible Hotel
The hotel is amazing. A wonderful pool, washer and dryer, dish washer, refrigerator, stove, just like home. In the heart of the city and Darling Harbour just over the walking bridge. I stay here whenever I am in Sydney. A very friendly staff. The attached restaurant is also great.

The staff was very good and friendly. Got upgraded from the business double to the deluxe apartment on check in. The deluxe felt a little old and one of bed side lamp didn’t work. Also could not find the switch to turn off the light in the little kitchen area, good thing there were door separating the bedroom from the other area. Hallway is quite cramp when the cleaners clean the room they leave all the rubbish/ linen in the hallway. Location whilst close to town hall for transport was not flat inconvenient if you plan to walk out in heels.

Friendly and good value in Sydney near Darling Har
I’ve stayed here before as the hotel is well positioned and offers apartments as well as basic rooms. This time on my own I opted for a basic room. Perfectly adequate for a 3 night stay. Staff are excellent and as my room want teach they swiftly swapped me to another and offered a welcome gift. One lift was under maintenance do not having a stair option was the only downside as I was only on floor 1

Friendly staff. Location was excellent. Cafe next door was convenient. Very thick dust on skirting boards. Bathroom drawers were filthy, so didn’t use. Mildew in bathroom. Dirty cutlery. Poor amount of cooking equipment and utensils. Would have liked more secure luggage storage, rather than just roped off just inside the front entrance. Coffee machine frequently stopped working, requiring staff to attend.
