As you approach the home, Rosemount Road will drop to 2 lane gravel road for about a 400 ft before you make it to the home (first left turn after gravel road begins). The gravel road can be washed with some ruts after heavy rains. Also, in the extremes of winter when there is heavy snow or ice some of these roads may have ice. A lot of the vehicles that access the home including mine are not 4 wheel drive. However, I have had guests that have recommended that especially if you are not use to driving mountain roads. Road is state maintained and will be cleared as there are full time residents living in this region. There is no space to turn around as you parked, so to get back to the road you will need to back up.
Security camera details: Active security cameras are installed in the parking area.
